Style Note

This is a one-off treasured find. An exclusive piece created by Sufiyan Ismail Khatri - a 10th generation master artisan widely respected for his guardianship of the ancient craft of Ajrakh. Buying from this collection means supporting a living tradition and the artisan who carries it forward.
Product Description
Light as air and wonderfully soft, this tassel scarf is made from 100% mulmul cotton, a finely woven fabric that gets softer with every wear. It's breathable enough for warmer days, and it layers over a jumper and jeans.
The print is rich and detailed. Bold red borders and leaf motifs sit against a calm indigo, outlined in black and lifted with soft cream details. Intricate florals and crisp geometrics balance each other in a design that feels both timeless and fresh. Red tassels, hand-knotted at each end, add a playful, relaxed finish.
Why you'll love it
Endlessly versatile: wear it looped, draped, knotted.
Effortless to style: the indigo and red palette lifts denim, black, cream and camel
Comfortable all day: soft, light and breathable against the skin
One of a kind: every scarf is hand block printed, so no two are exactly alike.
Colours from nature
Every shade comes from plants, roots and minerals, with no synthetic dyes:
Blue from the indigo plant

The Craft
Ajrakh is one of the world's oldest textile traditions, a block printing art form with centuries of history. These scarves are made exclusively by Sufiyan Ismail Khatri, a 10th generation master artisan from the Kutch region of Gujarat. Each piece goes through a 16-step process of block printing, resist dyeing, washing and resting the cloth, which demands patience, precision and a deep knowledge of craft. He is widely respected as a guardian of Ajrakh, working to keep this ancient craft alive for future generations.
