Crafted by master artisans skilled in the age-old art of Itajime Shibori, this beautiful silk statement scarf features a stunning tie-dye design. Shades of charcoal, steel grey, earth and sienna seamlessly blend into each other with a stunning ombre effect. Floaty and lightweight, its fluid texture and super soft habotai fabric is so soft and gentle against the skin, it’s a joy to wear.
Hand finished edges, fluid texture , rectangular scarf.
Material & Care: 100% silk. Gentle hand wash separately in mild detergent and cold water. Do not soak. Drip dry in shade. Alternatively dry clean.

Story
Itajime is a technique of Shibori resist dyeing which uses pieces of wood clamped around sections of folded fabric to resist the dye in particular shapes. Celebrating the beautiful art of Japanese Itajime, this collection has been created by two of India’s respected Master Artisans. Each scarf has been folded, individually clamped and resist-dyed in striped shapes. Hand finished edges.
