This featherlight silk scarf features a beautiful geometric pattern in yellow and black. A versatile wardrobe staple that works across the seasons, elevating neutral separates, work wear, dresses and special occasions. Hand finished edges, fluid texture, rectangular scarf and super soft.

Material & Care: 100% habutai silk. Gentle hand wash separately in mild detergent and cold water. Do not soak. Drip dry in shade. Alternatively dry clean.

Story

Itajime means "board-clamping" in Japanese and is a technique of Shibori which uses pieces of wood clamped around sections of folded fabric to resist the dye in particular shapes. Celebrating the beautiful art of Japanese Itajime, this collection has been created by two of India’s respected Master Artisans. Each scarf has been folded, individually wood clamped and resist-dyed in striped shapes. Hand finished edges.

Sourced directly from artisans, at a fair price that enables them to fully benefit from there work, without interference from profiteering middle-men.
